No. Trailblazer reviews the request and contacts you to discuss scope and scheduling. For urgent scheduling, call or text.
What should I send with a repair request?
Your city, a description of the issue, when it started, and photos of the fixture or piping.
Can I send plans or bid documents?
Yes. Use the contractor inquiry page to include your organization, scope, deadline, and PDF documents. The upload limit is 5 MB per file and 20 MB total.
How is the work priced?
The proposed scope and pricing are discussed before you approve the work. Changes to the scope are reviewed before additional work proceeds.
